New Delhi offers the Online Post Graduate Diploma in E - Learning (PGDEL) Program from January 2013 through its Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE). The objectives of the programme are to develop human resource capabilities in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating e - learning programs. The program consists of five courses with a total credit weight of 24 credits, including a Project Work of 8 credits.
